I had such a great experience getting my piercings done here! I took advantage of my vacation in Toronto to visit her, and I’m so glad I did. I got both a dermal and a horizontal lip piercing, and she did an amazing job with both of them.

She is honestly so kind, patient, and professional. Since I’m French and English isn’t my first language, she took the time to speak slowly and make sure I understood everything. I really appreciated how patient and understanding she was throughout the whole process.

When my horizontal lip piercing became swollen and the jewelry felt too tight, she was also really helpful and added small extensions to give it more room instead of replacing the whole jewelry. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay.
