That is, until I was recommended to see Fran at The Unit 5 studio — and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Fran made sure I felt at ease. She offered me a drink, took the time to really discuss the placement and the process, and even handed me a stress ball to squeeze during the procedure. Her patience and attention to detail were amazing. I didn’t really notice the pain because she was so attentive and helpful throughout, and after the procedure, she gave me some ice to help with the swelling on the way home — it made such a huge difference. It was truly the interaction, not just the transaction, that made the experience stand out. I absolutely fell in love with the outcome and the care she gave.
